01: What is the Carpio 2.0?
Carpio 2.0 is a wrist rest that glides under your palm, so your hand moves with your mouse. It is made of an ABS plastic base, silicone pads and PTFE (Teflon) feet. It comes for the left or right hand, in two sizes.

02: Which size should I choose?
Use the credit card test: place a card on your lower palm. If the card is bigger, choose Small. If it is smaller, choose Large. In between and cannot decide? Choose Large. 03: How big is it, and how much does it weigh?

04: How do I use it?
Place your palm firmly on the silicone pads. Do not press hard. Let your hand glide with the Carpio. Make sure your elbow is supported by the armrest or the desk.
05: Which surface works best?
If your computer mouse glides on it, so will the Carpio. We recommend a neoprene or felt desk mat, like our Minimalistic Desk Mat.
06: Does it work with my keyboard or a vertical mouse?
It fits right in if your keyboard is under 1.5 cm (0.6 in) high at the front edge. Above that, or with a vertical or ergonomic mouse, Carpio can end up too low. Carpio Mods are printable files made to raise it.
07: Who helped design the Carpio?
Dr. Marko Mikša, a specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, worked with us on the shape for over a year.
08: Can I change the pads?
Yes. The pads are replaceable. See AirRest, Glow and Replaceable Pads.
09: How is it different from the Carpio G2.0?
Carpio G2.0 has a removable, adjustable strap with a magnetic attachment, so you keep control of the wrist rest during fast movements like gaming.
10: Is there a warranty?
Yes. Carpio has a 2-year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship, from delivery. We repair, replace or refund, and we pay shipping on valid claims. Accidental damage, misuse, modifications and normal wear such as scratches and pad wear are not covered. Email support@deltahub.io with your order number and a photo or short video.
