What is the Carpio 2.0 made of?

It is made out of teflon gliders, plastic base and silicone pads that are soft to the touch and comfortable to use.

Usage

Place your palm on the silicone pads. Be sure to select the correct size (please refer to the question above).
The use of Carpio may feel a bit weird in the beginning, but this is totally expected. As you're placing your hand differently than before, your wrist needs some some to adjust to the new position.

The Carpio can also be used with your keyboard. Just slide the hand with your Carpio from the mouse to the keyboard and vice-versa.

Product care

We suggest you remove the silicone pads off the base as little as possible as this may result in breaking of the plastic pegs if done too often.

Please also keep the Carpio away from hot and humid conditions.

Was the Carpio really designed with physicians?

There were different medical specialists involved in the development process of the Carpio. The main one was Marko Mikša, MD, who worked with us part-time for a year. He has experience in Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic Surgery, and Burns (including Carpal Tunnel surgeries). Other consultants were several physicians trained in occupational medicine.

What is the Carpio G2.0 made of?

The G2.0 is made out of teflon gliders, perforated silicone pads, a silicone strap with a powerful N52 magnet and a plastic loop attachment.

Usage

The Carpio can also be used with your keyboard. Just slide the hand with your Carpio from the mouse to the keyboard and vice-versa.

Product care

We suggest you remove the silicone pads off the base as little as possible as this may result in breaking of the plastic pegs if done too often. Also, please be careful with the silicone strap as it may break if stretched too much.

Please also keep the G2.0 Carpio away from hot and humid conditions.

How's it different to the Carpio 2.0?

The difference between the the Carpio 2.0 and G2.0 is the G2.0 has perforated pads that allow airflow and prevent sweating. It also has a completely removable and adjustable strap with its own magnetic attachment mechanism so you retain perfect control of your Carpio at all times.

The Desk Pad comes in 3 sizes:

Small/Sophisticated: 24.8x11 inch (63x28 cm)
Medium/Majestic: 35.4x11.8 inch (90x30 cm)
Large/Luxuriant: 31.5x17.7 inch (80x45 cm)

All 3 sizes are 0,12 inch (3.5 mm) thick.

Materials

The Minimalistic Desk Pad is made of high quality synthetic wool felt fibres which are pressed together using hot temperature. This makes the Desk Pad vegan friendly.

The bottom of the Desk Pad is made of many plastic dots which serve as an anti-slip surface so your Desk Pad stays in one place.

Advantages

The pleasant feel of the material proves to be an ideal base and convinces both aesthetically and functionally.
The hand lies comfortably and glides just as easily over the surface.

Desk Pad provides protected placing for your laptop, keyboard, computer mouse and Carpio. You can work comfortably without the risk of damaging any surface.

Product care

Keep the Desk Pad away from hot and humid conditions.
If you want to clean the desk pad, you can vacuum it or use a bit of detergent and a damp cloth. Make sure to apply as less liquid as possible and to dry off the Desk Pad completely before next use.

Sharp-edged objects such as keys or jewelry may result in tearing of the synthetic fibres. You can remove the excessive fibres with a lint remover or a basic hair clipper. To extend the longevity of the Desk Pad, you can repeat this process every few months.
