Measure your hand from the big bone at the base of your thumb across to the opposite side of your palm. If the length is more than 8.5 cm (3.3 inches), select size Large. For measurements close to 8.5 cm, also opt for Large to ensure a comfortable fit.

Which size should I choose?

To find the best size for your wrist, please follow this size guide. If the credit card test left you on the fence, you might consider your primary usage. For example, if you'll be doing tasks that require more precise movements, a smaller size might offer better control. Conversely, a larger size might provide more support for general use.

How to use the Carpio 2.0?

Place your palm firmly on the silicone pads. Do not press hard on the pads and allow your hand to simply glide with the Carpio. Make sure your elbow has adequate support either by the chair's arm-rest or the table itself.

What is the Carpio 2.0 made of?

The Carpio 2.0 is made out of teflon gliders, a plastic base and silicone pads that are soft to the touch and comfortable to use.

Which surface is the best for the Carpio 2.0?

Because of the teflon gliders, the Carpio 2.0 will match the smoothness of every teflon based computer mice. In short, if your computer mouse glides, so will the Carpio!

Very skeptical but hugely impressed. It works.

I was pretty skeptical this little plastic support was going to fix my wrist pain. Up until now, the only thing that relieved my symptoms were traditional rigid wrist braces. Those are a pain in the ass to wear, they severely limit your range of motion, and they're not particularly fashionable. Despite what seemed like a high cost (around $50 including shipping), I decided to try out the Carpio 2. I'm completely floored by how well it works. It took me honestly only a day or two to get used to it, and it's 100% eliminated all of my wrist pain during gaming sessions. Regardless of playtime. Tip: when moving my mouse hand to my keyboard to type I just slide the carpio with it still in place, rather than lifting up my wrist. This makes transitioning from mousing to typing much more seamless. I really can't get over how effective it's been. This whole time all of my pain was just due to a lack of risk support. I've tried those gel wrist pads before but they've never been this effective, and they're pretty annoying to use because they don't move with your wrist and they take up a bunch of desk space. Seriously, if you have wrist pain, try this. A nice wrist brace is about 50 bucks anyway.

10/10 Would recommend!

Truth be told, I was skeptical on how something as small as this would help me and my wrist. Though since I started using these I have to say I noticed a decline in wrist soreness and discomfort. They may not help you become a leet gamer, but they'll help you not develop Carpal tunnel from sitting down and gaming all day. It can also be used for things other than gaming, like typing as well, as going between using the mouse and typing is as quick as a slide of your hand across the desk. They glide effortlessly across my desk, though I will say you will feel the imperfections on your desk with these as you do slide around. So maybe grab the matt as well as these.

Nearly ideal anti-carpel tunnel device

Works well and does make an improvement in the hand-wrist mouse movement. Having been recently diagnosed with mild carpel tunnel problems, this device comes at a most propitious moment! However, what about a means for connecting the mouse with the palm device? I believe such an option should be even more beneficial, keeping the anti-carpel tunnel device with the mouse and inline whenever used.

overall I like it and I’m glad I bought it

it takes some time to get used to but it helps deffinitly. One small little downside is that Carpio now hurst a little to other side of my palm - but again, it smuch better than it was before.

This has saved my wrists

I am using a mouse all day for almost 10 hours at work. My wrist pain and fatigue was unbearable. The Carpio 2.0 has made such a difference for me. I just got another one for my left hand. Do yourself a favor and just buy the combo to start. You’ll end up doing it anyways!

New User Feedback

I just got the Carpio 2.0 about 2 weeks ago and I have no complaints. It's super smooth and easy to use, and has definitely gotten rid of the slight pain I used to have on my wrist and forearm.

Interesting, but not sure if I'll use it long term

Doesn't glide as smooth over a standard mousepad as I'd like, and actually binds slightly from a stop to start moving. A bit uncomfortable, and adds some strain on my arm with the slight wrist rotation it causes, but they say it takes a couple weeks to get used to it, so we'll see.

They Work

As an HR rep that spends a lot of time at my computer answering emails and Teams messages, these little Carpio have become a saving grace. They give my wrists great support from fatigue as well as the ease of moving around from keyboard to mouse, without even lifting my hand. Great investment. Comfortable Support

This is my second Carpio 2.0 since my dog ate my first one after only a few weeks. It's good enough that I ordered a replacement but I did notice that the contoured pad has already started to separate from the plastic base. We'll see if super glue can fix it.
