Shipping Information

01: Shipping Origin

For our US customers, orders ship directly from our US warehouse (unless we’re low on stock there, in which case we’ll ship from another location).

For all other regions, orders are sent from our EU-based warehouse in Slovenia.

 

02: Shipping Destinations

We deliver to nearly all locations worldwide! If your destination isn’t available at checkout, just reach out to us at support@deltahub.io—we’ll do our best to arrange a custom shipping solution for you.

 

03: Shipping Rates

For deliveries to United States:

Standard (USPS, UPS, FedEx, GLS) - 3 to 6 business days

Express (USPS, UPS, FedEx) - 1 to 2 business days

For deliveries to EU and UK:

Standard (GLS, FedEx Regional Economy) - 2 to 5 business days

Express (FedEx International Priority) - 1 to 2 business days

For deliveries to other markets:

Express (FedEx International Priority) - 4 to 5 business days

 

04: Free Shipping Threshold

We currently offer free shipping for orders above $100/100€ for the US, EU and UK markets.

We also offer free shipping for orders above $150 for all other markets.

 

05: Customs and Import Fees

Non-US orders (international) are always shipped from Slovenia (EU). This means deliveries to countries without a trade agreement in place can result in additional taxation upon reaching the border.

Those fees largely depend on the destination country and are NOT included in the shipping price. As per our shipping policy, they are required to be cleared by the customer.

Orders refused due to uncleared custom duties will not be treated as a return. The refund will be processed at our Customer Service agents' discretion.

06: Order processing and order editing

We prioritize fast shipping, so orders typically go out the same day or the next business day!

If you spot an error in your order, email us right away at support@deltahub.io. If we haven’t processed it yet, we’ll gladly update the details before it ships.

 

07: Order Tracking

To track your order, check the shipping confirmation email with the included tracking number.
