01: Received a defected product
All our products go through quality checks before being packaged. Still, if our team missed one and you received a faulty product, let us know immediately at support@deltahub.io and we'll arrange a new package.
Please include a picture or video of the issue.
02: Product issues after use
All our items include a 2-year warranty for manufacturing issues.
Physical damaged caused by wear and tear, however, is not covered by warranty. In this case we recommend sending us an email at support@deltahub.io and our agents will try and assist you in the best way possible.
