It's not all about the wrist position.

It's about the way you move your arm, too. Instead of keeping your arm in a static position, move it freely around your setup.

That way, you're eliminating intense wrist movements that could hurt you in the long run.

Carpio 2.0 yes but AirRest is better

Overall I am satisfied with the product considering that my Carpio 1.0 fell apart.
I would choose a material from another manufacturer that has a more neutral smell.
Sweaty palms are inevitable.
After trying the AirRest pads I never went back to the Carpio 2.0

I like that it also came with the solid cushions so I've been using both

I like that it also came with the solid cushions so I've been using both. I like how soft the airy cushion one is but it can stick to my palm sometimes after extended use, and the solid cushion doesn't have that sticking issue but it isn't quite as soft. Overall I'm still satisfied with both, quick sessions with the airy cushions and longer sessions with the solid ones.

So far so good

I’ve been using it for a couple days and it feels good. I didn’t have any wrist/carpal tunnel pain before but didn’t like how my hand sat when holding a mouse, rubbing the mouse pad all the time.

This completely solves it for me. And gliding over the mouse mat feels much more comfortable now. Will update rating as I get more usage out of it.

Good concept, but needs better stability

I like the Carpio 2.0 (Right / Large / AirRest Black). It does a good job of keeping my wrist aligned with my mouse and is generally comfortable during use.

That said, I’ve run into an issue where it tends to stick to my hand, so I constantly have to readjust it when switching back and forth between my mouse and keyboard. Ironically, the upgraded AirRest pad with holes is actually the version that sticks the most, even though it’s supposed to improve breathability.

Overall, I do like the product and the concept, but it really needs more weight or some kind of base stability so it stays in place better during normal use. Had I known it would behave like this, I would have saved myself the money and bought the regular version instead.

My wrists thank you!

I love how comfy these are with my work rig, especially with long, typing-heavy days. My only gripe with these is that my wrists never 'settle' on them correctly the first time; I have to try 2 or 3 times to get them 'just right.'

I wish they were perhaps a little more squishy… more forgiving… so that I can just sit down and type without having to get settled…

You didn't know you needed it, until you have it.

I would say is an interesting product and once you go through the adjustment period it becomes 2nd nature and a must have in your desk setup.

Excellent, especially for people with bigger hands

Hand size, with fingers together and straight: 12 cm wide, 20cm from wrist to end of middle finger
As my hands are somewhat big I need bigger mice. The downside of bigger mice is that they’re taller as well, so your hand will arch upwards if you rest your hand on the table. When using both my gaming mice Steelseries Sensei 10 and a Logitech G502X) and my work mouse Logitech MX Master 3, I was starting to get a slight wrist pain on my right hand.
Got the Carpio 2.0 and within a few days I could feel the difference.
My setup do include a desk mat, o would not use the Carpio 2.0 on a bare table, unless it’s very clean and coated with a soft finish that let’s it glide with no resistance.
Here’s to hoping Deltahub will make a Carpio to assist wrists when using a vertical mouse

Great for wrist care

I have moderate carpal tunnel and I can say this device has helped my wrist be more comfortable with prolonged mouse usage.

Carpio 2.0

I have been using Carpio 2.0 ever since I got it home. It’s really comfortable and easy to use whether it’s for gaming or just general use of my pc. One problem I have is that the right side of product gum has detached itself from the base and it’s not as sturdy as how it was at the beginning. Though I feel this was my fault since I believe I should have bought the small version instead of the bigger one. Besides this, it’s a great buy.

Comfy and nice to use

Helps the palm of my hand a lot as I always used to drag it across my desk with my mouse. With the Carpio 2.0, not only does it remove the strain from my palm, but it also looks cool in LTT colours (I love the black and orange theme).

Helpful

It felt a little strange at first, but you quickly get used to it. Browsing feels really good, and gaming, though initially odd, becomes comfortable.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, pleasantly surprised

The Carpio is an interesting piece of kit. I bought it for work, in the office, and it’s slim enough I haven’t had any inquiries about it and also effective enough I haven’t really thought about it since starting using it. I get a little sweaty sometimes, blame stress, and that doesn’t really impact the usage of the device. I don’t use it constantly, as swapping out methods is the best way to fight off carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis, but when I am using it I really like it. The colors are fun, too ;]

I have used this at work and home since release!

IT actually helped with the mild carpel tunnel I had on my right hand and is now the only way i like to use my mouses.

Good product

I was excited to get the Carpio 2.0 in the mail as I've been struggling with hand and wrist pain for many years. I thought it would help alleviate some of the discomfort. I like it however, I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't glide as nicely as I would've expected, on my leather desk mat. It sort of sticks when you begin to move it initially and doesn't feel as smooth when making subtle movements either. I think maybe if you made a different version that was slightly different, intentionally for those with common leather mats, you would have another great product on your hands. I will continue to use it and see if I helps given my current set up.

Exceptional

I’ve been suffering with pain in my arms for a long while, stagnant wrist wrests never helped much. As someone who uses their wrist to aim, I’ve never felt such mobility in my right elbow, and the relief extends through my shoulder. Excellent product!

Excellent

The product is well designed and of high quality. Although I did experience minor discomfort at first, my wrists quickly adjusted to the regular use of the Carpio . Typing is also more enjoyable.

Only regret is I ordered one.

No brainer product to use if you are a heavy computer user, your hand and wrist will thank you forever. It is a little costly when ordering from India due to Custom Duty otherwise I would have ordered one more for my other hand.

Pretty good so far.

Said the break-in time is a couple of weeks, as an avid gamer I got used to it in 3-4 days and it’s been comfortable ever since.

Great Addition to my Office

I had to find something new for supporting my hand while using my mouse since my old mousepad's wrist rest was causing me numbness in my fingers. I invested in a good desk mat and found the Carpio 2.0 after some research. The feeling has returned to my fingers and I love how I can move my mouse around freely while having good support on my hand. It takes a day or two to get used to the gliding feeling, but now that it feels natural it's hard to believe I went this long without it! 5/5 stars

Was Skeptical

Figured for ergonomic reasons, it would work well but would hinder actual gameplay in games like Valorant. I found that my wrist is typically more pinned to my desk than I realized and the Carpio actually lets my wrist slide to the left and right easily without staining any of my tendons which actually made it easier to aim far left and right with a lot more ease and accuracy. My only complaint is that the pink version was very limited and would have been perfect with my mouse. It does make my wrist feel much less exhausted too, but you'll need a little bit of time to adjust to it. I will say, I played a few matches the same day I got it and I forgot it was there.TL;DR Good for wrist, helps with aiming further left and right with much more control and consistency. Would recommend.
