01: Where do I enter a code?
At checkout, before you pay. Then check that the total has changed before you complete payment.
02: Why isn't my code working?
- A typing error: check the spelling, and remove any spaces before or after the code.
- It has ended: some codes have an end date.
- It can't be combined: some codes don't work with other discounts or with free shipping.
- It has its own terms: check the email or post where you found it.
03: Will a code affect my free shipping?
It can, so check the total at checkout before you pay. The shipping line shows what you will be charged. Free shipping amounts are in Shipping Information.
04: Where can I find current offers?
Any current sales and deals are shown on our site.
If a code still fails, write to support@deltahub.io with the code, what is in your cart, your country and a screenshot of the error.
