AI chat and automated checks

Some chat replies on our site may come from an AI system rather than a person. If you would like to reach a person, email support@deltahub.io.

Fraud checks run by Shopify and our payment providers may flag an order automatically. If your order is held or canceled after such a check, you can ask a person to review it, give your view and challenge the result.

Transfers outside your country

DELTAHUB Inc. and many of the companies above are based in the United States, and others may be in other countries. So your data can leave your country, including the EU and UK.

For data from the EU or UK, the safeguard depends on the recipient. It can be an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension for certified US companies, or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK equivalent. Some transfers are needed to perform your contract, for example sending your address to a carrier or warehouse outside the EU. To ask which safeguard applies or for a copy, contact us.

Security

We use encryption when data travels between your browser and our site, and we limit access to the people and companies who need it. No system is completely secure. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

  • Ask for a copy of your data and information about how we use it.
  • Have wrong data corrected.
  • Have your data deleted, unless we must keep it, for example for tax.
  • Restrict how we use it.
  • Get data you gave us in a portable format.
  • Object to uses based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Complain to a data protection authority.

To use a right, email support@deltahub.io. We may ask you to confirm your identity. To stop marketing emails, you can also use the unsubscribe link in any of them. We reply within the time the law sets.

Complaints

Please tell us first if you can, at support@deltahub.io. You can also complain at any time to a data protection authority:

Our shop is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

The rights and complaint routes above apply under the UK GDPR. Our privacy contact for the UK is support@deltahub.io. You can complain to us at that address, and to the ICO.

California and other US states

Ad pixels and similar tags send information such as online identifiers, pages viewed and purchases to advertising companies, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Taboola. They help us show and measure ads, and these companies may also use the information for their own purposes. Some US state privacy laws count this as a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" it for targeted advertising, even when no money changes hands. We use these tools, so you should assume this applies to our site.

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers and contact details, payment and order records, internet activity on our site, approximate location, and anything you send us. We use them for the purposes in the table above and share them with the recipients listed above.

How to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising: email support@deltahub.io with the subject "Opt out", or use the privacy settings link on our site, where shown. You do not have to give a reason.

Depending on your state and whether its law applies to us, you may also have the right to know what we hold, get a copy, correct it, delete it, limit the use of sensitive data, and appeal if we refuse. To make a request, or to have someone do so for you, email us. We will not treat you worse for using these rights.

Do Not Track: our site does not change what it does when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Other companies' tags on our site may collect information about your activity over time and across websites.

Review and changes: you can ask to review or change your personal information by emailing us. If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.

Canada and Quebec

We handle personal information of people in Canada under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and applicable provincial law. You can ask to see and correct your information, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@deltahub.io. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Quebec: tracking tools that identify, locate or profile you must be off unless you turn them on. Your information may be transferred outside Quebec to the recipients listed above. You can send questions for the person responsible for personal information to support@deltahub.io, and you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Australia

We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us. We collect it for the purposes in the table above. It may go to the recipients listed above, many of whom are in the United States, the EU and other countries. You can ask to see or correct your information by emailing support@deltahub.io. If you complain to us and are not satisfied with our reply, you can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
