Most orders leave the same or next business day, and 90% leave within 3 days. Peak season and preorders take longer.
03: Do you offer Express?
Yes, in the United States. In the UK, Finland, Ireland, Latvia and Sweden you can choose FedEx International Priority at checkout. Other countries have one option.
04: Where do orders ship from?
- United States: our US warehouse, and sometimes Slovenia when the US is out of stock.
- EU and United Kingdom: our warehouse in Slovenia.
- Canada: our Canada warehouse, US warehouse or warehouse in Slovenia.
- Australia: our US warehouse, and sometimes Slovenia.
- All other countries: our warehouse in Slovenia.
05: Will I pay customs or import fees?
Almost everywhere, no. Any tax and import duties are handled at checkout or by us, so there is nothing more to pay at delivery. The exception is the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Åland, which are outside the EU VAT area: local tax may apply, so contact us before you order. If a carrier asks you for money, do not pay.
