01: How do I choose my size?
Use the credit card test. Place a credit card on top of the lower part of your palm.
- If the card is bigger than your lower palm, choose Small.
- If the card is smaller, choose Large.

02: I am in between two sizes. Which one?
If you are in between and cannot decide, choose Large. If your work needs very precise movements, a smaller size can give you more control, so you may prefer Small.
Not sure? Email us at support@deltahub.io and tell us how you use your mouse. If the size is wrong, you can return it within 60 days of delivery.
03: Left or right? Or both?
Choose the hand you use the mouse with. Right is for your right hand and Left is for your left. Carpio 2.0 also comes as a pair, "Both hands", so you have one for your mouse and one for your keyboard.
Ordered the wrong hand or size? An exchange is a return plus a new order. If you need the right one quickly, order it straight away.
04: How do I use it?
Place your palm firmly on the silicone pads. Do not press down on it. Let your hand glide with the Carpio. It can feel a bit strange at the start. This is expected.
05: What is the most comfortable position?
Wrists differ, so let your wrist find its own position. Then try moving the Carpio a little higher or lower. The most comfortable position is the right one. Our video shows how to position your hand:
06: Why does my elbow matter?
Your elbow needs support from your chair's armrest or the desk itself. Then you do not press down on the Carpio. You let your hand glide with it.
07: Will it fit under my keyboard height?
If your keyboard is under 1.5 cm (0.6 in) high at the front edge, Carpio fits right in. Above that, the angle gets tricky and Carpio can end up too low.
08: Does it work with a vertical or ergonomic mouse?
These mice sit taller than a standard mouse, so Carpio can end up too low. The fix is Carpio Mods. They are digital files you 3D print yourself to raise the Carpio to your mouse or keyboard height. Check the Mods page for the sizes included, or ask us before you buy.
09: It does not feel right. What should I check?
Go through these five points:
- The size is right: a comfortable fit, no gaps and no overlap with your hand.
- Your elbow is supported, and you let your hand glide.
- Your hand is positioned as in the video above.
- You let your wrist pick its own position.
- You tried it a little higher or lower.
