01: What is in the To-Do List box?
The To-Do List comes with a base, two reusable PVC cards, a 0.4 mm black dry-erase marker and a soft felt eraser. Choose the card design when you order:
- Standard: one to-do template and one dotted grid, both blank on the back.
- Habit: a priorities card and a weekly consistency tracker.
02: How big is it?
Base: 150 x 75 x 13 mm (5.91 x 2.95 x 0.51 in). Cards: 125 x 65 x 2 mm (4.92 x 2.56 x 0.08 in). Marker: 135 x 10 x 10 mm (5.31 x 0.39 x 0.39 in). The whole set weighs 130 g (4.6 oz).
03: How do I clean the cards?
Wipe them with the felt eraser. For a deeper clean, use a dry or slightly damp cloth.
04: Which marker can I use?
Any non-permanent dry-erase marker works. We recommend a fine tip. Spare markers and erasers are sold in the Marker and Eraser Set.
05: Can I get extra cards?
Yes. The To-Do Cards Set has two reusable cards, in Blank or Habit design. There is also an AirPods Pro stand that clips onto the base. It is made for 1st and 2nd generation AirPods Pro.
06: What does the FlowTimer do?
The Pomodoro FlowTimer is a physical focus timer. Flip it to start a session. It counts down or up, and you can set it to silent. See our FlowTimer how-to page for step by step use.
07: Which intervals can I set?
Flip-to-start mode has four presets: 5, 10, 30 or 60 minutes. For anything in between, switch to manual mode and set any interval up to 100 minutes.
08: How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
About 3 months per charge. It has a 500 mAh rechargeable battery and charges over USB-C in roughly an hour. A USB-C cable is in the box.
09: Can I use it in a quiet office?
Yes. Silent mode makes no sound.
10: What is in the FlowTimer box and how big is it?
One FlowTimer, one FlowTimer stand and a USB-C charging cable. The timer is 44 x 44 x 46 mm (1.7 x 1.7 x 1.8 in) and weighs 48.8 g (1.7 oz). It works from 0 to 50 °C (32 to 122 °F).
