This is my second Carpio 2.0. Dog got a hold of the last one, and though I was able to resurrect it somewhat, I still wanted a new one. Such an essential device, with it being used much of the day, and alleviating the wrist pain I had experienced in years past.

This was a fantastic purchase. Simple to use and easier than I expected to get used to. It feels natural and extremely helps with my wrist, forearm, and elbow pain. Probably got a wrong size, but couldn't get used to it.. not using it at all. Asked the support about it, they asked me to send photos and videos of how I'm using it, that's too much effort for my adhd brain. so I just tossed the caprio in the drawer. maybe some day I try them again.. but I expected more..
Turned out to be too big, even my hands meet the measurements described, hence not really comfortable to use... :( Would have loved to use them on the low-profile spit-keyboard where they make sense...

It really works! It’s easy to use, but it’s easy to forget—you might not even realize you haven’t been using it until your wrist starts to hurt. Once you get into the habit of using it, you can say goodbye to wrist pain for good.
Takes some time getting used to, instantly alleviated my wrist pains. Now it feels odd to use my keyboard and trackpad without it.

Which size should I choose?
To find the best size for your wrist, please follow this size guide. If the credit card test left you on the fence, you might consider your primary usage. For example, if you'll be doing tasks that require more precise movements, a smaller size might offer better control. Conversely, a larger size might provide more support for general use.
How to use the Carpio 2.0?
Place your palm firmly on the silicone pads. Do not press hard on the pads and allow your hand to simply glide with the Carpio. Make sure your elbow has adequate support either by the chair's arm-rest or the table itself.
What is the Carpio 2.0 made of?
The Carpio 2.0 is made out of teflon gliders, a plastic base and silicone pads that are soft to the touch and comfortable to use.
Which surface is the best for the Carpio 2.0?
Because of the teflon gliders, the Carpio 2.0 will match the smoothness of every teflon based computer mice. In short, if your computer mouse glides, so will the Carpio!
Was the Carpio 2.0 really designed with physicians?
The Carpio was collaboratively designed with input from medical experts. Dr. Marko Mikša, a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic Surgery, and Burns (including Carpal Tunnel surgeries), was a key contributor, working alongside us for over a year. Additionally, we consulted with several physicians specializing in occupational medicine to ensure the Carpio's design met medical standards and insights.
How's it different to the Carpio G2.0?
The G2.0 has a completely removable and adjustable strap with its magnetic attachment so you retain control of the wrist rest even during more intense movements like gaming.
Does it work with mechanical keyboards or vertical/ergonomic mice?
Most mechanical keyboards sit higher than standard ones, so it depends on the height. If your keyboard is under 1.5 cm at the front edge, Carpio fits right in. Above that, the angle gets tricky, Carpio ends up too low relative to your keys.
Vertical and ergonomic mice have the same issue, they sit taller than a standard mouse, so Carpio can end up too low to support your wrist properly.
The fix is Carpio Mods: an additional level that slots in between your desk and Carpio, raising it to match your keyboard or mouse height. Available here.
