How do I start a session?
Flip it to the side and go. There are four intervals to pick from: 5, 10, 30, or 60 minutes. If you need something in between, switch to manual mode and set any interval up to 100 minutes.
What interval lengths can I set?
Any interval you want in manual mode. The flip-to-start mode uses a 4 preset profiles length: 5, 10, 30 and 60 minutes.
How long does the battery last?
About 3 months per charge. USB-C, charges in roughly an hour.
Can I use it in a quiet office or library?
Yes. Set it to silent mode, no sound or any vibration if you prefer. The LED display counts down visually.
Is it good for people with ADHD?
The Pomodoro method is widely recommended for ADHD because it makes time visible and breaks work into defined, manageable chunks. A physical timer is more effective than a phone timer for this. There's no unlock screen, no notifications, nothing to pull attention away.
