01: How do I get my digital product?
Digital products have no shipping and no parcel. You get a file, not a package. If you cannot find your download after ordering, email support@deltahub.io with your order number and we will sort it out.
02: Which digital products do you sell?
- Wallpapers: single wallpapers, the Wallpapers Bundle, the Summer Wallpapers Bundle and the Orange Wallpapers Bundle.
- 3D-printable files (STL): Carpio Mods, Cable Wrapper, HoldX SSD Sleeve and the Modular Under-Desk Drawer.
03: What do the wallpapers fit?
Wallpapers are made for four platforms: laptops, phones, Apple Watch and large external displays. The product page lists a resolution of 12000+ px.
04: What do I need to print the 3D files?
A 3D printer. The HoldX SSD Sleeve file is for the SSD model you pick, with PETG recommended, and it needs a HoldX magnetic mount, which is not included. The Cable Wrapper file has 4 versions and needs double-sided tape. The Carpio Mods file includes 16 STL files in left and right options. Check the product page for which Carpio sizes are included, or ask us before you buy.
05: What is the license? Can I share or sell the files?
The Modular Under-Desk Drawer 3D model is for personal use only, with no redistribution. For the other files, we have no license terms to quote here. Please do not share or sell them until you have asked us at support@deltahub.io.
06: Can I return a digital product?
Not for a change of mind once the download has started. In the EU and UK your legal 14-day right can continue unless you agreed beforehand that the download could start, acknowledged that you lose the right, and we confirmed it in writing: see the Refund Policy. If a file is faulty or not as described, we fix it or refund you. Email us with your order number and what went wrong.
