01: What is the E-Ink Phone Case?
The E-Ink iPhone Case is a case with a circular four-color E-Ink display (black, white, red and yellow) on the back. We make it with XTREM INNO. It comes in black or white.
02: Which iPhones does it fit?
You choose your model when you order: iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, 16, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max. There is no Android version yet.
03: How do I change the image?
You send an image from the free G-SHELL app (DeltaHub edition, iOS) by NFC. It takes about 15 seconds. The case needs no power to hold the image.
04: Does it work with MagSafe and wireless charging?
Yes. It has full magnetic MagSafe alignment and supports wireless charging.
05: How thick and heavy is it?
It is 2.2 mm thick and weighs 40 to 50 g (1.4 to 1.8 oz), depending on the model.
06: Is it waterproof?
No. It has an IPX4 rating, which is splash resistance. It is not a waterproof case.
07: When will it ship?
The product page says you order and pay now, and we ship every case in December. We send a tracking number the day your package ships and write to you if dates move. Ordered something in stock with it? That ships right away, and the case follows at no extra shipping cost.
08: Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes. Write to us before it ships and we refund you in full. After it arrives, our 60-day returns apply.
