Write to us with your order number and we will send you one.
02: I need an invoice for my company. How do I get it?
Fill out our company invoice form. We send the invoice to your email address.
03: Can I enter a VAT number at checkout?
If you see a VAT number field at checkout, enter your number there before you pay. Then check the total. If the number was not accepted or the total looks wrong, write to us before you pay.
04: Is VAT included in my price?
It depends on where your order is going. See Customs, duties and taxes.
