01: What are Replaceable Pads?
Replaceable Pads are silicone pads in different colors. They work with both Carpio 2.0 and Carpio G2.0. Peel off each pair and snap on another. They work for the left and the right Carpio.
02: What is AirRest?
AirRest pads are made with Carbon Digital Light Synthesis technology from EPU 46 elastomer. You can buy them as pads only (one pair) for your Carpio 2.0 or G2.0, or as a full set with the base included. If you choose pads only, you need to own a Carpio. With the set, you do not.
03: What are Glow Pads?
Glow Pads are glow-in-the-dark silicone pads with the same shape as the standard Carpio pads. They look translucent blue in daylight and glow softly blue in the dark. Charge them in daylight and they glow for hours after dark. We do not give an exact time. Buying pads only? Pick the same size as your Carpio 2.0.
04: What does the "Base" option mean?
AirRest and Glow Pads have three choices:
- No Base: one pair of pads for each hand you choose.
- Carpio 2.0: a full Carpio 2.0 wrist rest with the pads.
- Glass Base: a Glass Feet base with the pads.
05: Do the pads fit the Glass Feet base?
Our pages list Glass Feet as a base option for AirRest and Glow Pads, and say Glass Feet fit Carpio 2.0 and G2.0 pads. For other combinations, such as colored Replaceable Pads on a Glass Feet base, we do not have a confirmed answer. Email us at support@deltahub.io and we will check.
06: Do Replaceable Pads fit the Carpio G2.0 with a strap?
The strap needs strap-ready pads, which have a strap hole. We do not list whether Replaceable Pads have that hole. Ask us before you order.
07: Do Glow Pads fit the Carpio G2.0?
The Glow Pads page names Carpio 2.0. Glow in the Dark is also a color of Replaceable Pads, which list both Carpio versions. If you have a G2.0, email us to confirm first.
08: Which size do I need?
The same size as your Carpio. See Carpio: which size, which hand, how to set it up.
09: Can I return AirRest pads?
Yes. AirRest is covered by the same 60-day returns as our other products.
