01: Will I pay anything at delivery?
Almost everywhere, no. Any tax and import duties are handled at checkout or by us, so there is nothing more to pay at delivery. The exception is the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Åland: they are outside the EU VAT area, so local tax may apply. Contact us before you order.

02: A carrier is asking me to pay. What should I do?
Do not pay. Contact us first and forward the bill or message you received. This applies everywhere.
03: I already paid a carrier. Can I get it back?
Yes, for orders placed from 3 November 2026 and for US orders shipped from Slovenia. Send us the receipt and we reimburse you. For older orders, write to us and we will look at it.
04: My US order came from Slovenia. Why?
US orders sometimes ship from Slovenia when our US warehouse is out of stock. We pay the import duties on these orders.
If a carrier asks you for money, write to support@deltahub.io with your order number and a copy of the bill or receipt.
