01: What is the Carpio G2.0?
Carpio G2.0 is a wrist rest with a removable, adjustable strap that attaches magnetically. You keep control of it even during fast movements like gaming. Detach the strap and you can use it like the original Carpio.

02: Which size should I choose?
Use the credit card test: place a card on your lower palm. If the card is bigger, choose Small. If it is smaller, choose Large. In between and cannot decide? Choose Large. 03: What is it made of?
PTFE (Teflon) gliders, perforated silicone pads, a silicone strap with an N52 magnet and a plastic loop attachment.
04: How do I use it?
Place your palm on the silicone pads and adjust the strap to the length you like. Keep the extra strap tucked in the loop hole, or cut it off if it bothers you. It may feel a bit odd at first. This is expected. You can also use it with your keyboard. If your keyboard is under 1.5 cm (0.6 in) high at the front edge, it fits right in.
05: How do I take care of it?
- Remove the silicone pads from the base as little as possible. Doing it often can break the plastic pegs.
- Do not stretch the strap too much. Carpios are not fidget toys.
06: My strap tore. Can I get a new one?
A strap that tears in normal use within 2 years is covered by our warranty. Email support@deltahub.io with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement strap, or a new G2.0 if straps are out of stock. The Replaceable Strap is made for the Carpio G2.0 and comes in black and white. It needs strap-ready pads, which are pads with a strap hole.
07: How is it different from the Carpio 2.0?
The G2.0 has the removable, adjustable strap with a magnetic attachment. Carpio 2.0 has no strap.
08: Can I change the pads or the base?
See AirRest, Glow and Replaceable Pads. If you want to use a strap, ask us before ordering pads to check they have the strap hole.
09: Is there a warranty?
Yes. A 2-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, from delivery. We repair, replace or refund, and we pay shipping on valid claims. Accidental damage, misuse, modifications and normal wear such as scratches and pad wear are not covered.
