01: Return Policy

We have a 30-days - no questions asked - return policy. As long as the product is in the original state, we will process your return.

 

02: Return Process

To start your return, send us an email at support@deltahub.io. Our support agents will provide you with all the necessary information to start your return.

 

03: Exchange Process

To exchange your items, we follow the same procedure as a normal return. We will issue a refund for your order. Send us an email at support@deltahub.io and our support agents will guide you throughout the process.

You needn't worry about any initial discounts. You'll be entitled to the same price on your new order.
